Israel has had nuclear weapons for a good number of years, but has never once used them. Is there anyone anywhere who honestly believes that if Israel’s enemies had nuclear capability, Tel Aviv and Jerusalem would be anything but moonscapes by this time?Can you imagine the anger Burt must have for any country that has actually used nuclear weapons against civilian targets?
