Mark Noonan is
having trouble deciding whether to argue that the economy is bad or good, but he does share a pretty legendary encapsulation of his own view on life:
We have to cut spending, cut taxes, free up regulation and do all we can to encourage people to make, mine and grow things.
And God Said "Mine Things!"
