The best evidence for the bias of Hollywood is the absence of films that encourage and reward patriotism. I don't mind the presence of lefty anti-war films. They just make me mad because they remind me of the huge, gaping absence of films celebrating the heroism of men at war.What happened to our feel-good war movies?
Where are my generation's World War II films?
People are hungry for heroism. Why is this market niche so persistently never filled, or diverted into comic book characters?
It's very hard to explain.
